How much does REI Pilot cost?
Starter $297 a month, Growth $497 a month, Scale $697 a month. No setup fee. Starter includes 1,500 text segments, 500 call minutes, 1,000 AI written texts, comps on 15 deals, 10 cash buyers with phone and email and 2 phone numbers each month. Growth includes 4,000 text segments, 1,500 call minutes, 2,500 AI written texts, comps on 25 deals, 20 cash buyers with phone and email and 5 phone numbers each month. Scale includes 6,000 text segments, 2,500 call minutes, 4,000 AI written texts, comps on 40 deals, 30 cash buyers with phone and email and 10 phone numbers each month. Acquisitions, dispositions, contracts and the phone are built into every plan.
What is a text segment?
A segment is one piece of a text message. Starter includes 1,500 segments each month. Growth includes 4,000 segments each month. Scale includes 6,000 segments each month. A normal text is one segment. A long one, or one with an emoji in it, is two or more, and texts that come in to you count too, the same as the ones you send.
What happens if I go over what is included?
Past the included amounts you pay for what you use from your usage balance. Starter: 2¢ a text segment, 5¢ a call minute, 3¢ an AI written text, $3 a deal comped, $1 a cash buyer and $2 a month for each extra phone number. Growth: 1.5¢ a text segment, 4¢ a call minute, 2.5¢ an AI written text, $2.50 a deal comped, 85¢ a cash buyer and $1.75 a month for each extra phone number. Scale: 1¢ a text segment, 3¢ a call minute, 2¢ an AI written text, $2 a deal comped, 75¢ a cash buyer and $1.50 a month for each extra phone number. Picture texts: 3¢ sent, 2¢ received. We tell you at 80% of any allowance and give you a one click top up at 100%, and your follow up keeps its place in line.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No and no. Starter $297 a month, Growth $497 a month, Scale $697 a month. No setup fee. It is month to month, and you can leave whenever you want.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, any time, without calling anyone. Cancelling stops the next charge and the month you already paid for runs out. You can export everything as a spreadsheet before it does, because your data is yours.
Does the AI cost extra?
Starter includes 1,000 AI written texts a month, then 3¢ each. Growth includes 2,500 AI written texts a month, then 2.5¢ each. Scale includes 4,000 AI written texts a month, then 2¢ each. That counts every text the AI writes for you, from a follow up to a chatbot reply. The AI reading your texts and filling in the facts of a deal does not count toward it. There is no per agent fee.
How many people on my team can use it?
Starter: 5 users. Growth: 10 users. Scale: Unlimited users. Each extra user on Starter or Growth is $30 a month. Your acquisitions people, your dispo person and your virtual assistants each get their own login and role.
How fast do you answer support?
Every plan gets email help, full setup help, free move in and weekly group office hours on Zoom, and a broken account goes to the front of the line. Starter: email help. We aim to reply within 1 business day. Growth: email help, we aim to reply the same business day, plus a 30 minute one on one Zoom every month. Scale: priority email and text support, we aim to reply within a few business hours, plus a 30 minute one on one Zoom any week you want one. Enterprise: your own person who knows your business. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central, US holidays off. Reply times are targets, not guarantees. One on ones are booked on our calendar, and one you do not use does not carry over. Our AI assistant answers calls and texts any time.
Getting started
What is REI Pilot and who is it for?
REI Pilot is a CRM built for real estate wholesalers. It holds your seller leads, follows up with them, runs the numbers, gets the contract signed, and then gets the deal in front of cash buyers. Wholesale it or keep it yourself, the deal gets worked the same way.
Does REI Pilot find leads for me?
No. You bring in the seller leads you already get from mail, ads, cold calling or your website, and REI Pilot works them so none of them go cold. Seller leads in, deals out.
How do I get my existing data in?
We move it for you, free. Send us the spreadsheet from your old CRM and we match your columns to the right fields, bring over your sellers, your deals and your cash buyers, and show you where everything landed. You can also import a spreadsheet yourself any time.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no app to download. REI Pilot runs in a web browser, so you sign in at app.goreipilot.com and there is nothing to install or keep updated.
Acquisitions
What does the follow up actually do?
It keeps talking to a seller who goes quiet so you do not have to remember to. When a lead comes in it reaches out fast, and it keeps following up until the seller answers or asks you to stop. The pace and the wording are yours to set.
What does the next move mean?
The next move is the one thing to do on a deal right now, printed on the deal itself. It is worked out from the deal, how long it has been since anyone talked to the seller, where it sits in your pipeline and what the seller last said. You open REI Pilot and start working instead of deciding what to work.
Does it handle contracts and e signature?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Purchase agreements and assignment contracts fill in from the deal you are looking at and go out for signature from inside REI Pilot. The signed copy comes back onto the deal.
Can it run the numbers on a property?
Yes. Type the address and Pilot comps the deal: real sold comps, an ARV, a repair estimate and what to offer, and it shows you how the ARV was worked out. Starter includes comps on 15 deals each month, then $3 a deal comped. Growth includes comps on 25 deals each month, then $2.50 a deal comped. Scale includes comps on 40 deals each month, then $2 a deal comped.
Dispositions
How do dispositions work in REI Pilot?
You put a buy box on each cash buyer and REI Pilot shows you which of them fit the deal you are selling, for free. Send it to the matched buyers or a wider group and each one gets a link to a clean deal page with photos, the price and the description. One tap on that page tells you they want it, texts them back, and drops them into your pipeline with the property already filled in.
How does it decide which buyers match a deal?
It checks the deal against the buy box you have on file for each buyer: the areas they buy in, the property types they want and any bed or bath minimums. It is plain arithmetic, not a guess, and location rules, so a buyer who does not buy where the house sits never gets matched. Matching is free. A blast sends normal texts, so they count toward your plan's text segments.
How do I find new cash buyers?
Type the address you are selling and REI Pilot shows every cash buyer who bought near it, straight from county records. Searching is free. Starter includes 10 cash buyers a month with phone and email, then $1 a cash buyer. Growth includes 20 cash buyers a month with phone and email, then 85¢ a cash buyer. Scale includes 30 cash buyers a month with phone and email, then 75¢ a cash buyer. Once you pull a buyer with full contact info, that buyer is yours from then on.
Can I see what happened after I sent a deal out?
Yes, blast history keeps one card for every deal. It counts the buyers you reached, how many opened the deal page, how many said they want it and how many asked for more, and each number opens the named list. It also tells you who got no message and why.
Phone and texting
Do I need a separate phone system or dialer?
No, the phone is built in. You call and text from the deal you are looking at. Starter includes 2 phone numbers, 500 call minutes and 1,500 text segments a month. Growth includes 5 phone numbers, 1,500 call minutes and 4,000 text segments a month. Scale includes 10 phone numbers, 2,500 call minutes and 6,000 text segments a month.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, every call is recorded and written up for you. The notes and the recording land on the deal on their own, so nobody has to type up what was said. Recording and write ups come with every plan. The call minutes count toward your plan, and each write up counts as one AI written text.
How are opt outs handled?
A seller who texts STOP comes off texting right away and it is written into your opt out ledger, so nobody on your team texts them again by accident. A request is honored for what it asks, so someone who says stop texting me is not texted again. Email is a separate thing and a texting stop does not touch it.
