Pricing and billing
How much does REI Pilot cost?
$497 a month, one plan, no setup fee. That includes 3,000 text segments, 1,500 call minutes, 50 deal cards, 25 cash buyer pulls and your first phone number. Acquisitions, dispositions, the phone and the AI are all in that one price.
What is a text segment?
A segment is one piece of a text message, and 3,000 of them come with the plan each month. A normal text is one segment. A long one, or one with an emoji in it, is two or more, and texts that come in to you are free.
What happens if I go over what is included?
Nothing stops, you just pay for the extra as you use it. Past the included amounts it is 2 cents a text segment, 3 cents a call minute, $2 a deal card and $1 a cash buyer pull, and extra phone numbers are $1.50 a month each. We tell you at 80 percent of any allowance and give you a one click top up at 100 percent, and your follow up keeps its place in line and never drops a text.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No and no. It is $497 a month, month to month, and you can leave whenever you want.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page, any time, without calling anyone. Cancelling stops the next charge and the month you already paid for runs out. You can export everything as a spreadsheet before it does, because your data is yours.
Does the AI cost extra?
No, the AI is in the $497. The follow up writing, the reader that fills in the facts of a deal, the coaching line and the call write ups have no separate meter. There is no per agent fee.
How many people on my team can use it?
Unlimited team members, with no per seat fee. Your acquisitions people, your dispo person and your virtual assistants all get their own login inside the same $497.
Getting started
What is REI Pilot and who is it for?
REI Pilot is a CRM built for real estate wholesalers. It holds your seller leads, follows up with them, runs the numbers, gets the contract signed, and then gets the deal in front of cash buyers. Wholesale it or keep it yourself, the deal gets worked the same way.
Does REI Pilot find leads for me?
No. You bring in the seller leads you already get from mail, ads, cold calling or your website, and REI Pilot works them so none of them go cold. Seller leads in, deals out.
How do I get my existing data in?
We move it for you, free. Send us the spreadsheet from your old CRM and we match your columns to the right fields, bring over your sellers, your deals and your cash buyers, and show you where everything landed. You can also import a spreadsheet yourself any time.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no app to download. REI Pilot runs in a web browser, so you sign in at app.goreipilot.com and there is nothing to install or keep updated.
Acquisitions
What does the follow up actually do?
It keeps talking to a seller who goes quiet so you do not have to remember to. When a lead comes in it reaches out fast, and it keeps following up until the seller answers or asks you to stop. The pace and the wording are yours to set.
What does the next move mean?
The next move is the one thing to do on a deal right now, printed on the deal itself. It is worked out from the deal, how long it has been since anyone talked to the seller, where it sits in your pipeline and what the seller last said. You open REI Pilot and start working instead of deciding what to work.
Does it handle contracts and e signature?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Purchase agreements and assignment contracts fill in from the deal you are looking at and go out for signature from inside REI Pilot. The signed copy comes back onto the deal.
Can it run the numbers on a property?
Yes, with a deal card. One card pulls real sold comps, an ARV, a repair estimate and an offer for that property, and shows you how the ARV was worked out. 50 cards are included every month.
Dispositions
How do dispositions work in REI Pilot?
You put a buy box on each cash buyer and REI Pilot shows you which of them fit the deal you are selling, for free. Send it to the matched buyers or a wider group and each one gets a link to a clean deal page with photos, the price and the description. One tap on that page tells you they want it, texts them back, and drops them into your pipeline with the property already filled in.
How does it decide which buyers match a deal?
It checks the deal against the buy box you have on file for each buyer: the areas they buy in, the property types they want and any bed or bath minimums. It is plain arithmetic, not a guess, and location rules, so a buyer who does not buy where the house sits never gets matched. Matching and blasting the buyers you already have costs nothing.
How do I find new cash buyers?
Type the address you are selling and REI Pilot shows every cash buyer who bought near it, straight from county records. Searching is free. Pulling one buyer with full contact info costs $1. That plan includes 25 pulls a month, and that buyer is yours from then on.
Can I see what happened after I sent a deal out?
Yes, blast history keeps one card for every deal. It counts the buyers you reached, how many opened the deal page, how many said they want it and how many asked for more, and each number opens the named list. It also tells you who got no message and why.
Phone and texting
Do I need a separate phone system or dialer?
No, the phone is built in. You get a local number and you call and text from the deal you are looking at, so there is no second tool to pay for and nothing to sync. 1,500 call minutes and 3,000 text segments come with the plan.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, every call is recorded and written up for you. The notes and the recording land on the deal on their own, so nobody has to type up what was said. Recording and transcripts are included and not metered.
How are opt outs handled?
A seller who texts STOP comes off texting right away and it is written into your opt out ledger, so nobody on your team texts them again by accident. A request is honored for what it asks, so someone who says stop texting me is not texted again. Email is a separate thing and a texting stop does not touch it.
